KAIZEN™ Congress India 2020:
A Grand Conclusion

KAIZEN™ Congress India has always been a one of the sought-after knowledge sharing gatherings in India for over a decade. On 21st February 2020, Kaizen Institute India concluded its 11th year of KAIZEN™ Congress in India.

The congress witnessed the operational and business excellence community come together to Learn, See, Share and Get Inspired in the world-class method of KAIZEN™ and Lean Methodologies. The congress was driven on the theme of “Thriving in Adversity Through Business Excellence”. Even though multiple industries are flourishing in India some of the biggest hurdles like inadequate utilization of resources and wasteful activities haven’t been resolved yet.
