Kaizen Institute's Maturity Assessment for Excellence
Operational Excellence is a journey of continual improvement towards a moving target. You never arrive, you just develop capabilities and cross newer milestones.
Kaizen Institute India has evolved a model of assessment to guide your efforts towards these
newer milestones. Your real prize is the exciting journey in quest of excellence, not the medal.
The message of the KAIZEN™ strategy is that not a day should go by
without some kind of improvement being made somewhere in the company.
