It constitutes a step by step process of Equipment and People Management towards the goals of Zero Accidents, Zero Unplanned breakdowns & Zero Defects. The word TOTAL signifies organization-wise participation in making the best use of manufacturing resources within the Organization.
It prescribes 12 steps for implantation of TPM. The body of knowledge consists of 8 Pillars.
This 4 days module covers the basiscs & start up methods practically usable by every organization that uses equipment/ machinery. It provides an overview of the complete system, however covers Autonomous Maintenance (steps 1 to 3), Planned Maintenance (steps 1 to 3) and Kobestu KAIZEN™ extensively.
