Indian Discrete Manufacturing Sector

The sector is expected to get an advance growth in the near future and thus it will lead to a significant increase in the country’s GDP. Undoubtedly this growth is going to lead to a highly competitive scenario within the industries and in order to grow in the market each organization need to focus on continual improvement & on various critical areas.

This can be only achieved if company focuses on its operations with an utmost focus on eliminating waste and also focusing on creating Lean organizations. As a result, it will lead to higher productivity, improvised cost control, effective time to market and higher level of quality. There will also be a need of synchronizing strategies, execution, systems & tools and workforce to achieve these potential goals.

How many organizations are actually looking at amalgamating various strategies to ensure a robust methodology and process implementation? 

What measures and initiatives have been taken in account by each professional to achieve operational excellence?
